This totally converted, authentic house is really beautiful. With a small park in front of the house. Within walking distance of some good restaurants such as No Bucho (no 1 Trip advisor) and Gaspacho & Migas. In addition, with 10 driving minutes you are at the Algarve's most beautiful beaches such as Benagil and Marinha. Also the lively town of Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, shops and a boardwalk over the cliffs. Kayaking, boat trips, super it's all there.
Lagoa is a hill town with whitewashed houses that used to rise above a lagoon (Lagoa). Now only the name remains, as does the top wine. Lagoa consists of a mix of new houses and old (18th century) houses. A walk through the town alone will give you an idea of the traditional Algarve.
The town is close to some of the Algarve's best beaches: Albandeira, Benagil, Carvoeiro and Marinha. These magical beaches are famous for their brightly coloured cliffs and crystal clear waters. Several activities can be found within Lagoa and the neighbouring towns within the municipality, including the famous water park Slide & Splash, Parque Municipal das Fontes (Park of springs by the Arade River, wine estate Quinta do Vales and the Lady in Red art gallery.

Casa Caracol has all you need for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve region. The house is located in Lagao, a bit away from the more busy areas close to the coast. All the beaches and coastal cities and areas can easily be reached by careven (Uber) tasee more
Casa Caracol has all you need for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve region. The house is located in Lagao, a bit away from the more busy areas close to the coast. All the beaches and coastal cities and areas can easily be reached by careven (Uber) taxi. The house was very clean, has all the luxury and equipment you need and the communication with the hosts went very smooth. The roof terrace is a great plus, a bit too hot during the day in Summer time maybe but ideal for the cooler evenings and mornings. Tip: there is great coffee/brunch/bakery shop called Pastelaria Algarve 200m from the house.

The apartment was super nice, exactly as shown on the pictures! The communication was also very quick and always friendly and accommodating. Several times we have cooked together in the kitchen and let the evenings end. I would book the apartment agasee more

The cons are not related to the apartment but to the noises from outside. During the day the noise of the construction work and in the evening, the noises of the Bom Dia bar. Fortunately the bar closes at 8.30 pm. We live in a really quiet place and maybe that’s why I’m not used to noises. However, we enjoyed our time and especially fell in love Carvoeiro. It had good vibes 😊☀️

This place is just truly amazing, my family and I didn’t want to leave! If we could buy this home we would! It is minimalist and modern in design, with so many beautiful and thoughtful touches. Everything felt crisp, clean and new. The beds were so comfortable, the kind you never want to get out of but then the sun behind the shades to the beautiful balcony beckons you out to have a cup of coffee on the rooftop patio and start your day. My family and I loved this place, and Matthjis was very kind and communicative and also the property manager, Yannick as well. Only thing I would advise future guests is to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo and body soap as none was provided, but this was no big deal to us.

Met de auto ben je zo naar allemaal super mooie plekken in de Algarve gereden. Wij waren er in januari en dat was perfect, heerlijke temperatuur en rustig sfeertje in de omgeving. Ook in combie met ons zoontje van 1 jaar ging het allemaal prima. Een bedje en kinderstoel waren netjes geregeld 🙂 Het was een fijn verblijf!

Where you can enjoy the sun and children can play safely. There is a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool with an outside shower. Casa Marinha 1 is walking distance from the beach, Praia da Marinha, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve. Exterior From the patio, you can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the views of the garden and pool. This location is ideal for families with children as the patio is fully enclosed. Behind the apartment, there is ample parking space. A restaurant can also be found on the beach during the summer months.
