This beautifully decorated townhouse is located on a small condominium with a landscaped garden, from which you can walk to directly from the terrace. Where you can enjoy the sun and children can play safely. There is a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool with an outside shower. Casa Marinha 1 is walking distance from the beach, Praia da Marinha, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.
It has quite a number of steps down to the beach, surrounded by rock formations. There is a BBQ area in the car park overlooking the sea, and beautiful cliff walks. Praia da Marinha has been voted the top 20 most beautiful beaches in the world by Tripadvisor.

Living room
The living room is furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture. The doors lead to a big terrace with the pool nearby. The dining area is connected to the living room and offers seats for 6 people. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.
First Floor
The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) and air conditioning. The bedroom doors open to a balcony with views of the garden, pool and out to sea. There is also a side terrace with seating to enjoy the views. There is an ensuite bathroom with bath (Jacuzzi is not useable) and shower, toilet, double sink and bidet. There is also plenty of room to put a Z Bed and Cot.
Ground Floor
The second bedroom has a kingsize bed(1.80 x 2.00m), air conditioning. There is a separate large bathroom, with shower, double sinks, toilet and bidet. There is plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Exterior
From the patio, you can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the views of the garden and pool. This location is ideal for families with children as the patio is fully enclosed. Behind the apartment, there is ample parking space. A restaurant can also be found on the beach during the summer months.

The house is very good : super spacious , everything equipped , large kitchen, good air conditioning and nice terrace The location is great : almost next to the famous praia Marinha and with the enormous luxury of a private parking The domain is nice and very well maintained : and a lovely swimming pool with your own private sunbeds ,lovely! Although there was quite a lot of people with quite a few children, the atmosphere remains a pleasant one without too much noise. The communication went super smoothly and small issues were resolved immediately The only downside we found the noise of the many traffic around the house : beachgoers are looking for parking spots all day (which are far too few) and there are a lot of cars coming in the driveway of the domain and driving off from 10am to 6pm and off and on a bit of hustle and bustle but again then the private parking spot and walking to the beach feels like a huge luxury Thanks for a great stay ,we enjoyed it tremendously

Had a nice stay. Perfect location in relation to Marinha beach. Nice restaurants nearby. Within 10 – 20 min by car in nice other villages to eat and walk. House is very cozy and all facilities are present and work.

This house is quite beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area is beautiful and so close to the beach and a pleasant cliff walk. The pool and yard area was great to have for our child to run around in (and also a great way to beat the heat). Isee more

The pool and yard area was great to have for our child to run around in (and also a great way to beat the heat). It was very clean inside the house. Matt is very responsive and has a great supporting staff that are eager to help in any way. The only thing that caught us a bit off-guard was the lack of standard household amenities that you might expect in other Airbnb rentals such as garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. The list adds up quite fast when we were hoping to only need to buy food. I understand how, logistically, this would be a demanding task to provide such amenities. However, it was a bit of a nuisance. For example having to buy the standard 2-3 liter laundry detergent bottles to only do a few loads of laundry. I would still overall recommend Matt’s place!
