Beautiful villa with a private, heated swimming pool, located nearby the cliffs and only a few minutes drive from Carvoeiro. Villa Beira has a beautiful mature garden with a big lawn and flowers. Covered and open terraces with sea view for those perfect evening meals.
Inside: Very comfortable and spacious living/dining room with built-in fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, internet and underfloor heating. The sliding doors give direct access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen, with typical Portuguese tiles, is fully equipped. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are tastefully decorated. Two luxurious bathrooms, one en-suite with bathtub and separate shower and the other with a bath and shower, toilet, and bidet.
Outside: The private swimming pool (heated on request) measures 9 x 5 meters and is surrounded by a large, spacious garden with palm trees and lots of flowers. There is a barbecue available at Villa Beira to prepare ‘al fresco’ meals. Large parking outside.

The Villa is excellent with large grounds, the house is clean and well laid out. The only thing to bear in mind the pool has no shallow end, the place is great for young children loads of space to play but bear in mind the pool. The walk to town has see more
The Villa is excellent with large grounds, the house is clean and well laid out. The only thing to bear in mind the pool has no shallow end, the place is great for young children loads of space to play but bear in mind the pool. The walk to town has to be done by roads and about half an hour, however taxis are easily accessible and very reasonable. The town has plenty of good bars and restaurants, there is also a complex half way to town that also has good restaurants. I would recommend the Villa and the area.

We had an absolutely lovely holiday in this beautiful villa. It’s really spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we could have wanted. Fantastic pool surrounded by plenty of sunshade and a great area on the terrace for lazy lunches and BBQ disee more

We loved our stay! So much space, great facilities, perfect location for a walk5 min taxi into Carvoeiro and very comfortable beds. Would really recommend this villa as the perfect place to relax and enjoy this part of Portugal.

A beautiful villa, with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. A beautiful big garden with a big pool that we let preheat and bath despite the not so good weather. The whole house was very clean and well maintained, someone also came to see more

Villa Nautica is a lovely 3-bedroom villa located in on the Vale do Milho development about 3 km from the centre of Carvoeiro. Whilst the villas in Vale do Milho are all pretty special, set in spacious grounds secluded behind their entrance gates and enclosing walls, there are a few villas in the sought-after community that are just a bit more special. We are very pleased to offer Villa Nautica to our customers, a fantastic 3 bedroom villa that will exceed your expectations. Set in enormous grounds near the golf clubhouse, it gives your family extensive lawns, areas of dappled shade and seclusion beneath mature trees, an amazing swimming pool with a shallow beach entry and a separate shallow overflow pool making it ideal for families with small children to enjoy the water. It also has wonderful views over the Vale do Milho, 9-hole par 3 golf course that you can enjoy without really being seen by the golfers below. From this excellent location you can pop to the golf club for lunch, walk down the hill to the stunning Centeanes beach, there’s also a restaurant there for more relaxed lunch options. Within easy reach is the Rocha Brava resort which has a restaurant, coffee bar, mini-market and public tennis courts where coaching is also available. You can (many people do) walk into Carvoeiro in the evenings for a wider choice of restaurants, it takes around 30 minutes, or take the resort “road train” for €1 or a taxi will cost you about €7. The two-storey villa is pretty special too.
